Server

The Server ensures guests receive friendly, professional food service. The Server maintains a clean and inviting dining room environment, performs side work, and maintains an inventory of needed supplies. The Server will comply with all health and safety standards in addition to Department of Health regulations.

The work is performed in the Zephyrus restaurant, a casual dining establishment located in an active 55+ community in Clearwater, FL. The position is overseen by the Dining Room Manager with the overall direction of the Property Manager. The Server position may be part-time or full-time with scheduled shifts between 10am and 6:30pm Monday through Sunday. Weekend availability is required. Pay is an hourly rate plus monthly tip share.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • One year of experience in food service preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food, drinks, and dishes.
  • Strong customer service abilities and positive demeanor.
  • Understanding of foodservice principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of State Department of Health regulations.
