Position Summary

As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by preparing fresh food, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. You'll work alongside a great team in a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Prepare fresh food according to company recipes and standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, dining room, and kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout each shift.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining quality.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Help ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right people.
