To provide food and beverage to guests in a professional, polite and timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:
Setup and breakdown station as assigned.
Serve food and beverage as needed.
Maintain service station and equipment.
Maintain all forms, report, checks and vouchers as required.
Attend meetings as required.
Assist in training new employees as required.
Communicate with guests and other employees to ensure a smooth operation.
Comply with all Fisher Island standards, i.e. grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
