Lakeside Hotel Casino is looking for a part-time Food Server who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in making every guest feel welcome. Whether youre serving a favorite meal, recommending a beverage, or simply making someones day a little brighter, youll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What Youll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while providing outstanding customer service.
• Refill beverages and check in with guests throughout their dining experience.
• Share menu knowledge and make recommendations when requested.
• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including ID verification.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when appropriate.
• Support your team by completing side work and helping maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Schedule Requirements: Lakeside Hotel Casino is a 24/7 operation. Team members must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
