As a Food Server working in a casual dining environment, you will be an essential part of a small team of 1-5 servers, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. Your role focuses on delivering excellent table service during regular evening and weekend shifts, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience through attentive order taking, timely food delivery, and effective complaint resolution.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive table service and take customer orders accurately
Deliver food promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge to assist guests
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years experience in food service
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Effective time management and attention to detail
