Role Description The Food Server role is a full-time, on-site position located in Reading, PA. In this role, the Food Server greets guests, presents menus, answers questions about food and beverage options, and takes accurate orders for the restaurant, bar, and patio. The Food Server delivers food and drinks promptly, checks on guest satisfaction, and responds to requests in a professional and friendly manner. Daily responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the service areas, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly. The Food Server also handles payment transactions, follows health and safety guidelines, and supports teammates to provide an efficient and enjoyable dining experience.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously and clearly with guests and team members.

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service practices, including menu items, order handling, and basic dining room procedures.

• Basic Cooking awareness helpful for understanding menu preparation and answering guest questions about food items.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods; capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Previous experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality is preferred but not required

• Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
