Pay: $18.67/hour (Paid Weekly)
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

Overview
Join the IKEA Food team and help provide a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for customers. This role focuses primarily on dishwashing, bussing tables, maintaining dining areas, and supporting food service operations while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Job Description
Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, pots, and pans.
Bus tables and keep customer dining areas clean and organized.
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and food service areas.
Retrieve used trays, dishes, and utensils and transport them to the dish room.
Restock dining and condiment stations as needed.
Assist with food preparation and service when required.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain First In/First Out (FIFO) inventory practices and proper food storage.
Support Swedish Food Market merchandising and replenishment when needed.
Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with questions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
Customer service experience preferred.
Food service, dishwashing, janitorial, or restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of employment (if required by local regulations).
