Job Description
- Prepare and present hot and cold food items according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in the restaurant and bistro.
- Assist customers with food allergy and dietary restriction questions.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized food preparation and serving areas.
- Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
- Help minimize food waste while supporting sustainability initiatives.
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a positive dining experience.
- Perform additional food service and cleaning duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of food service, restaurant, cafe , or hospitality experience preferred.
- Food Handler Certificate, or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
