The Food Service Clerk under supervision, prepares, serves and sells food items while providing outstanding guest service. This position reports to the Retail Management. A Food Service Clerk is assigned and responsible for one or more areas of food preparation, service, sales and maintenance. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prepares and sells food itemsMaintains a safe and sanitary work area, practices safe food handling proceduresOperates point of sale system, handles and tenders a variety of sales transactions including cash, proactive to suggestive sellingProvides outstanding guest service, greets guests, professionally handles difficult situations with employees or guestsAssists with the daily set-up, closure, and cleaning of assigned location, stocks all necessary food items and supplies, assists with orderingOperates food service equipment and machines safelyAbility to learn wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

RBS Certification within 30 Days required.Food Handler's Card within 30 Days required.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of:
