About the Role:
Little General LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food Service team member to join our crew in Columbia, MO! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, quality food and a great experience to every customer who walks through our doors.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food service area at all times
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Restock food service items, condiments, and supplies as needed
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and warmers safely
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
• Must be at least 16 years of age (age requirements may vary)
