Food Service DirectorFull-Time | $25 per hourOur skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to oversee daily food service operations and help ensure residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals in a safe and welcoming environment.Responsibilities:Oversee food preparation, meal service, and kitchen operationsDevelop menus that meet residents' nutritional and dietary needs, including diabetic, low-sodium, and modified-texture dietsLead, train, schedule, and support dietary staffManage food inventory, ordering, and food costsEnsure compliance with state and federal food safety, sanitation, and infection control requirementsPromote a positive dining experience that supports resident dignity and satisfactionAddress resident feedback and concerns regarding meals and serviceRequirements:Previous food service management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare settingSafeServ Certification requiredKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulationsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings planPaid time off and holidays
