Position Overview

We are searching for a well-organized and self-motivated Food Service Director to lead our daily dining operations. In this role, you will collaborate with dietitians and vendors to develop creative, high-quality menus for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, food inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise, train, and inspire both your kitchen personnel and front-of-house dining staff.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, quality control, and sanitation standards.
  • Conduct daily walk-through assessments to maintain quality control and an efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in food service management, ideally experience leading and training a team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead a friendly, collaborative team.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and a passion for creative menu planning.
