Position Summary
The Food Service Director assumes responsibility for the preparation and service of all meals within the Lourdes Academy system. This includes managing the day to day operations of the school food service.
Duties of the Food Service Director include sanitation, food safety, nutrition and menu planning, food production, procurement, financial management, recordkeeping, program accountability, marketing, customer services, and personnel management.
