Responsibilities
- Lead daily food service operations across multiple campus locations
- Supervise and develop kitchen staff
- Manage food production, inventory, and purchasing
- Control food and labor costs
- Coordinate catering for school events
- Ensure food safety and allergen compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and ordering
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience for students and staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of food service management experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
