Our camp is seeking a dedicated Food Service Manager to oversee the dining operations during our camp and retreat season. This position will work closely with the kitchen staff to prepare delicious meals and ensure exceptional service. Additionally, the Food Service Manager will be available for special events on an as-needed basis.
Requirements for Food Service Manager:
Previous experience in food service management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Flexibility to work during camp and retreat season, as well as special events
Responsibilities for Food Service Manager:
Plan and coordinate menu options for campers and guests
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient operations
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service to campers and guests
Collaborate with camp leadership to meet dietary needs and preferences
Assist with special events and functions as required
