YOUR DAY
As a Food Service Manager, you will watch over the kitchen team as they make and plate food, making sure every dish looks and tastes great. You will help your team get ready for busy times and give feedback to help them do their best. Keeping the kitchen clean and making sure all equipment is tidy will be a big part of your job. At the end of your shift, you will handle closing the kitchen and get things ready for the next day.
YOUR HOURS
This is a full-time culinary position. You will work during our regular hours: Sunday to Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Your shifts will be set to match the needs of the restaurant.
