Food Service Cafe Manager needed for school food service in the Hackettstown, NJ area. Monday through Friday, 6 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.Duties to Include:Managing the cafe operation on a daily basis.Cooking - food prep, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards.Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutesApply today!
