WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FOOD SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - DINING ROOM SERVER

Previous food service experience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, proficiency with computers, and English fluency are preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

  • Stock service station prior to meal service
  • Properly set, reset, and clear tables
  • Greet residents within three minutes of seating
  • Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Ability to serve complete meals to residents in a timely fashion
  • Communicate professionally and courteously at all times
  • Willingness to assist other servers with the needs of their tables
  • Utilize a POS system for meal tracking
  • Maintain a clean, organized service area

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR FOOD SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - DINING ROOM SERVER

This hospitality role offers full-time and part-time shifts:

  • Breakfast: 7 am–2 pm or 8 am–3 pm
  • Day: 7 am–4 pm, Mon-Fri
  • Evening: 4:30 pm–7:30 pm
  • Weekend coverage

In this full-time or part-time position, you'll prepare dining spaces before each service, welcome residents with friendly professionalism, and guide them through menu offerings and daily specials. You'll coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate service, present meals with care, and remain attentive to resident needs throughout the meal. Between services, you'll assist teammates, clear tables efficiently, and complete side work that keeps the dining room running smoothly.
