7 HOURS Food Service Worker Position at Junior Senior High School

HOURS: 6:30 am 1:30 pm

Responsibilities Include:

• Operation of industrial food service equipment
• Set up & breakdown of Breakfast Carts
• Deliver & distribute to students the Breakfast in the Classroom
• Accurate documentation of Breakfast Meal Usage
• Assist with Lunch meal preparations for Cafeteria and satellite locations daily
• Assemble cold food items and condiments daily for serving line
• Set up serving lines daily
• Serve, restock and/or cashier during lunch meal service
• Accurate HACCP (temperature) documentation
• Washes dishes, pots and pans, and laundry as needed
• Cleans work area
• POS (cash register) operation / Cash handling
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be Customer Service oriented
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous cash register experience
• Must know how to read and perform mathematical equations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitiously
• Knowledge of Safe Food handling and kitchen sanitation (HACCP)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task

Pay Range - $14.57/hr.- $19.58/hr. (*Based on Experience)
