Job Summary

The Food Service Runner is responsible for ensuring that club food is delivered to club guests in a timely and polite manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Essential Job Duties
• Communicate and collaborate with servers, kitchen team members, and all CRVA staff.
• Serve guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
• Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Maintain positive client and customer relations.
• Other duties as requested.
• Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences
• Champion CRVA's mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures.

Scope of Responsibility

• Works as a team player with club servers to provide a quality customer experience.

Supervisory Responsibility

• No Supervisory responsibility

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one-year related experience and/or training.

Physical Demands

• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 65 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
