Food Service Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. If you enjoy building relationships, meeting new customers, and growing sales, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career.

Our products serve the grocery and restaurant industry, and you'll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers throughout the territory.

What You'll Do

• Visit existing and prospective customers throughout the Winston-Salem area.
• Promote and sell products to grocery stores, restaurants, and food service businesses.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your sales territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product support.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales or food service industry is a plus).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using a computer, phone, and basic business software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.

• Sunday–Thursday
• Full-time
• Field-based position

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in the grocery, restaurant, or food distribution industry is a plus.

Work Location

• On the road throughout the Winston-Salem, NC area.
