Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental operations including service, food procurement, production, and sanitation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in food service or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent.

Preferences

• Associate's degree in Food Service Management.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Services Supervisor (DSS) certification.
• Experience with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office applications.
