Seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead responsible for overseeing deli and food service operations to meet sales, merchandising, and guest service goals.
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained.
- Oversee product preparation, merchandising, and inventory, including ordering supplies and rotating items for freshness.
- Handle guest orders, transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
- Assist with product display, pricing, and signage to optimize sales.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a fresh food environment, flexible schedule, and reliable transportation. Certification in Serv-safe preferred.
