Position Summary:
As a Team Member at Sbarro, you are the face of the brand and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and quality food. This position includes preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring each guest has a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, and eager to work in a fast-paced team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Prepare and serve menu items such as pizza, pasta, stromboli, salads, and beverages.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations, counters, and dining area.
- Restock food, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and make accurate change.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Uphold all Sbarro brand standards and procedures.
Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required
