Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior cooking experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods. Schedule & Pay Part Time position Schedule will be every Wednesday and Friday and every other weekend and every other Tuesday Pay will be determined upon experience and interview (Average start is $16) Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes Food Prep Excellent work ethic Able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Able to work independently Being a team player Ensure proper food preparation, handling, and storage Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations Present food in an appealing and appetizing manner Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications General kitchen and cooking experience preferred but willing to train right applicant Knowledge of special diets preferred Must be at least 18 years old (position located within a jail facility) Ability to pass a drug test and background check Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation Benefits Health benefits (available to full-time and part-time team members) Paid Time Off (full-time team members) Holiday pay: time and a half on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Double time pay on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 401(k) eligibility after one year of service Team member referral incentives Equal Opportunity Employer Consolidated Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA/M/F/D/V).
