NATURE
OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/u><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in weighing, measuring and labeling
ingredients necessary for recipes.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in
the preparation, cooking, chilling and packaging of food products in accordance
with state and federal health code standards.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clean,
sanitize and maintain work areas and food equipment before and after each work
day.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in
the breakdown and reassembly of food equipment in accordance with
manufacturer’s specifications.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Wash pots,
pans and utensils by hand and machine in the ware wash room.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Unload delivery trucks and place bulk
deliveries in appropriate storage areas.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Delivering
and retrieving meals to patients. <\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Other
duties as assigned.<\/span>

<\/p>
There is no education or experience
requirements for this class but incumbents must be able to speak and write
English and be in good health and good physical condition.<\/span>
