Position Summary
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center. The employee shall support Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center's strategic plan and participate in and advocate performance improvement/patient safety activities.
The Cafeteria Food Service Worker/cashier performs a variety of tasks pertaining to cafeteria operations,
Including: cash handling reconciliation and operating the cash register, operating the grill, operating food service equipment, serving customers, maintaining sanitation levels indoor and outdoor.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

Ability to use the cash register and reconcile the cash for daily deposits to Finance
Demonstrates the ability to apply infection control policies/procedures for safe food handling
Follow HACCP guidelines Title 22, and JCAHO regulations for food storage, safety and sanitation.
