This position will wash and Sanitize dishes, trays, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware and returns them to appropriate storage areas following proper sanitation procedures. Assists in general clean up and sanitation of kitchen and serving area. Assists in any preparation for meals as deemed necessary. Demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to teamwork. May be cross-trained in any and/or all aspects of duties of all Food Service Employees.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience with commercial dishwashers preferred, but not required.
Must possess the ability to multi-task and assist in the overall dishwashing/clean- up process.
