Qualifications
Assign and monitor work to ensure food is prepared accurately and within established timeframes
Ensure all food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and production methods
Maintain proper food quality, presentation, portion control, and temperature standards
Prepare ingredients, including washing, trimming, cutting, and portioning meats and vegetables
Assist with preparation and presentation of desserts and other menu items
Properly store, label, and rotate food items in accordance with food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Assist with organization and maintenance of refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
Support and guide team members to maintain efficient workflow and service quality
Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of directly related food service or culinary experience required
ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred
