Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Sylva, NC, for a Food Service Worker. The primary responsibilities include the preparation and service of food items while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will also assist with other back of house activities, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations. Additional tasks may include prep tasks, dishes, finishing plates, running expo. This is a dynamic role and we are seeking someone who can "do it all".

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service tasks
• Strong knowledge and adherence to Food Safety standards and procedures
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage operations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification is a plus
