Job Description:

Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Possesses basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Oversees daily activities of the food service operation and is responsible for evaluation of standards and quality control. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code to accomplish all daily tasks.Education:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience:
• Preferred: 2+ years of food service, supervisor, or related experienceSkills:
