We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Food Stylist Intern to join our in-house Creative Studio at FreshDirect. You'll work directly with our photographer/Art Director, Visual Content, and Creative Director to bring FreshDirect's food to life through photography, video, and social content. From fresh produce and ready-to-eat meals to baked goods and butcher cuts, you'll help make every item look fresh and craveable.
This is a hands-on studio role-ideal for someone who loves food, has a sharp visual eye, and wants to learn the art of food styling and content production in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You'll Do
Assist in cooking, prepping, plating, and styling food for photography and video shoots.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout production.
Help source, organize, and manage props, dishware, and ingredients.
Collaborate with photographer/art director to ensure each shot meets creative and brand standards.
Support in testing and developing new concepts for campaigns and seasonal shoots.
Handle setup and breakdown of shoots
Stay current on food styling and photography trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You'll Bring
Current student or recent graduate in culinary arts, visual design, photography, or a related field.
Passion for food presentation and an eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a studio setting.
Familiarity with basic food handling and kitchen safety.

Comfort working around cameras, lighting equipment, and creatives
