Job Summary


We are looking for energetic, charismatic, and motivated crew members to join our growing food truck team in Jacksonville! In this position, you’ll help create a memorable experience for our customers—whether it’s serving up delicious food, engaging with guests at events, or helping the team run the truck smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment
  
  
• Prepare and serve menu items with accuracy and speed
  
  
• Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions
  
  
• Assist with daily food prep and truck setup/breakdown
  
  
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the truck at all times
  
  
• Restock supplies and manage inventory levels as directed
  
  
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
  
  
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture
  
  
• Participate in special events, catering, and promotions
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or shift lead
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
  
  
• Strong communication and people skills—a great attitude is everything!
  
  
• Ability to remain calm and upbeat during busy events
  
  
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  
  
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
  
  
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
