This position is for someone who wants real responsibility: working the truck day‑to‑day with a small team, maintaining quality and speed, and representing the flagship store with pride everywhere the truck goes. You’ll be the face of In Season at events, pop‑ups, and high‑volume service days, ensuring every guest gets the same polished experience they’d expect in our brick‑and‑mortar.

What You’ll Do

• Operate the food truck with confidence, consistency, and professionalism.
• Support a small team during service, keeping pace tight and communication sharp.
• Maintain product quality, portioning, and speed — even under pressure.
• Handle daily setup, breakdown, inventory, and truck readiness.
• Address issues quickly and calmly, whether operational or guest‑facing.
• Uphold all company standards, safety protocols, and food truck procedures.
• Represent In Season with hospitality, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

Salary

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
