    Are you the person who double-checks measurements, shows up early, and delivers clean installs? Do you like variety—new scopes every few days—and working hands-on with stainless, cabinetry, and pro-grade appliances? If so, read on.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Install commercial kitchen components: stainless steel wall flashing, hoods, cabinetry, shelving, sinks, tables, corner guards, and gas/electrical appliances.
    • Own your tools and equipment—inspect, organize, and ensure everything is site-ready.
    • Shift seamlessly between scopes; jobs may change day to day or every few days.
    • Plan ahead—identify prep needs and set up for the next task or day.
    • Maintain safe work practices and a clean, organized workspace.
    • Coordinate closely with install leads and project managers to deliver the final product.
    • Juggle multiple tasks and timelines while keeping a positive, solutions-first attitude.

    Must-Haves

    • Absolute punctuality—being on time is the number one requirement.
    • Construction site experience.
    • Skilled with power and hand tools; precise tape-measure use.
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
    • Can read and interpret drawings and elevations.
    • Strong communication and eagerness to learn.

    Bonus Skills

    • HVAC knowledge.
    • TIG welding capabilities.
