Job Title: Foodware Production Technician (3rd shift)
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM Monday through Friday

As a Foodware Technician, you’ll perform essential tasks to produce and package straws, cutlery, and other Foodware items. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure smooth production flow, conduct quality checks, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.

What You'll Do
As a Foodware Production Technician, you will be responsible for

 • Pack Foodware products according to SOPs, including wrapping and secondary operations.
 • Monitor machinery and identify/prevent problems by reporting issues to Shift Leads.
 • Handle materials, including moving packaging supplies from storage to workstations and transferring finished goods into storage or shipping.
 • Keep workstations clean and organized, following best practices.
 • Conduct daily safety inspections and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
 • Track and document process parameters such as downtime, scrap, and machine conditions.
 • Submit inventory and process data for inventory control purposes.
 • Engage actively in process improvement meetings and cross-training activities to enhance team effectiveness.
 • Adapt quickly to changing customer requirements with flexibility and nimbleness.

What You'll Bring

 • Strong commitment to safety discipline and compliance with GMP standards.
 • Basic math skills for accurate data collection and packing.
 • Willingness to learn different tasks and work well within a team environment.
 • Confidence and interest in performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
 • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related experience or a combination of education and skills.
 • Ability to meet schedule requirements, including working overtime when necessary.
 • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs.
