    Description:

    We are seeking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for our Foot & Ankle Clinic's in Boise, Eagle and Caldwell! This is an exceptional opportunity for a nurse leader who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the ability to make a meaningful impact across a growing orthopedic service line. The Nursing Supervisor will serve as a key operational and clinical leader supporting multiple orthopedic specialties and clinic locations across the Treasure Valley, including:

    • Foot & Ankle clinics in Boise, Eagle, and Caldwell
    • Joint Preservation & Reconstruction (Boise)
    • Orthopedic Trauma & Fracture Care (Boise)

    As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, your primary responsibilities include:

    • Providing clinical and operational leadership across multiple orthopedic clinic locations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
    • Supporting staffing and patient flow needs, including assisting with clinic coverage when unexpected staffing gaps arise.
    • Maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance while partnering closely with physicians, APPs, and clinic teams to address clinical workflows, patient care needs, and operational improvement opportunities.
    • You will also oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple specialty sites focusing on physician relationships, staff relationships, and customer service.
    • You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed.
    • You will be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates.
    • You will also focus on customer service, physician and staff relationship and financial management and provide leadership and nursing oversight for back office staff.

    Schedule:

    • Stable weekday schedule - no routine weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    General Requirements:

    • Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.

    • Management experience preferred.

    Education:

    • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

    License/Certification:

    • Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho or Oregon and must provide licensure in their secondary state within six months of hire

    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
