Provide Foot Care to residents in long-term care facilities
Continuously monitor and assess patients’ foot health
Educate patients and facility staff on effective foot care best practices
Travel to designated nursing homes in your area
Communicate regularly with key facility staff, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Maintain flexibility while seeing patients during weekday working hours
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
Minimum of 2 years of experience in foot care
Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of foot conditions
Independent, organized, and motivated to provide exceptional patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
