The Lower Elementary (ages 69) Certified Lead Guide at Foothill Montessori of Salt Lake serves as the instructional leader, designer of the prepared environment, and mentor to students and classroom staff. The Lead Guide is responsible for implementing the Montessori curriculum, fostering a respectful and self-directed classroom community, supporting each childs academic and social-emotional development, and maintaining strong communication with families and colleagues.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications
MACTE Teacher Credential for Elementary (612 or 69).
Bachelors degree.
Previous teaching experience in a Montessori environment.

Description of Community: Foothill Montessori of Salt is a private high-fidelity Montessori school operating since 1985. The school has a current enrollment of 125 students in the academic session. School hours are 7:45 am - 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday.
