    Job Summary:The Events Intern will work closely with the Events Coordinator and the Hospitality Department to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This internship provides hands-on experience in organizing and overseeing events from initial concept through post-event follow-up. The intern will gain practical knowledge of event operations, logistics, communication, and cross-department collaboration.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with event planning and coordination.Support event setup, service, breakdown, and clean-up.Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.Apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) during event planning and execution.Assist with post-event reports and evaluations.Draft and manage event-related communications.Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and background materials.Collect and organize materials for meetings and events.Collaborate with Hospitality, Marketing, and Creative teams.Participate in team meetings and support departmental projects as assigned.

    Job Qualifications: General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) required

    Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficePositive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
