This is a hands-on internship where you'll learn how to build a brand, craft compelling messages, and grow a community - all while having fun doing it.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Support campaign planning and execution for both job seekers and employersHelp draft marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, and email campaignsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunitiesCollaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute new ideasTrack performance metrics and suggest improvementsPerforms other similar or related duties as required or assigned.

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) required:

Must be a current student in an accredited collegeMust be pursuing a major in Communication or Marketing or similar major, for which internship would be accepted for academic creditStrong written and verbal communication skillsA love for storytelling, social media, and creative marketingBasic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva)Bonus: Experience with short-form video content (Reels/TikToks)Self-starter with a curious mindset and willingness to learnPassionate about careers, hiring, and helping people grow
