ARS is looking for a Force Modernization System Integrator to work in Fort Bragg, NC. The Force Modernization System Integrator supports the G‑4 modernization initiatives by coordinating, executing, and tracking all equipping and fielding actions across designated Army Reserve units. This position ensures modernization equipment is properly planned, delivered, briefed, documented, and integrated in accordance with Army regulations and Total Package Fielding (TPF) requirements. The role requires expert knowledge of Army equipping processes, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with Army logistics systems.

Responsibilities

  • Modernization Fielding - Execute force modernization fielding actions, including MTOE updates, NEF/NET activities, and full lifecycle integration of equipping plans.

  • Documentation & Validation - Use MON, MFA, LOA, MSPs, and equipping data to validate requirements, analyze force structure, and ensure accurate fielding documentation.

  • Coordination & Scheduling - Coordinate NMIB events, delivery schedules, de‑processing timelines, hand‑off dates, and NEF/NET execution windows; notify PBOs, MSUs, and command stakeholders.

  • Fielding Event Support - Participate in NMIBs, brief unit representatives, provide required documentation (DA Form 1687, command orders), and coordinate equipment hand‑off with PMs, USARC SI, PBOs, and GUIC.

  • Systems & Reporting - Use ETMS2 to publish Operation Orders; submit NEF/NET rosters; initiate GCSS‑Army closeout actions; provide modernization updates; deliver fielding status reports; attend weekly modernization workshops.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Active security clearance (preference will be given to those possessing a clearance).

  • Experience in Army logistics, equipping, or modernization programs.

  • Familiarity with Army supply/property accountability systems, including GCSS‑Army and ETMS2.

  • Strong understanding of Army regulations related to equipping and modernization.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze force structure documentation and equipping data.

  • Experience conducting NMIBs, NEF/NET events, or equipment hand-off operations preferred.
