Ford Sales Consultant

Parks of Gainesville is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Ford Sales Consultant to join our team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide knowledgeable advice on Ford models, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their automotive needs.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Ford vehicles.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their preferences and budget.
• Negotiate sales terms and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products, promotions, and financing options.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
