What You'll Do:
Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience from start to finish
Accurately write service repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
Keep customers informed on progress, timelines, and recommended services
Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively
Deliver a seamless, professional experience that builds long-term customer loyalty
What We're Looking For:
Prior Ford experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Basic understanding of automotive systems and services
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
