What You'll Be Responsible For
Own and manage demand forecasts across product lines and distribution channels, improving accuracy and identifying risks/opportunities
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and drive continuous forecasting improvements
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align forecasts with promotions, product launches, and market dynamics
Lead forecast reviews and present insights to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business recommendations
What They are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field
4+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or a similar analytical function
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
Strong understanding of forecasting concepts with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
