Forecast Analyst/Production Scheduler

Fusion Recruiters, in partnership with a leading U.S.-based manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation, is seeking a talented Production Scheduler to join their team in Sheboygan Falls. This role focuses on managing production schedules, balancing demand with capacity, and ensuring on-time delivery across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and adjust production schedules in an MRP/ERP environment to align demand, inventory, and capacity

• Monitor and respond to changes in production priorities, material availability, and customer demand in real time

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and customer-facing teams to ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met

• Analyze production performance, inventory levels, and constraints to improve scheduling efficiency and service levels

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Required Experience: 3–7+ years of production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment

• Key Competencies:

• Strong MRP/ERP system experience
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Understanding of production flow, capacity constraints, and inventory management
• Effective communication across operations and cross-functional teams
