    Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

    Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Garden City, New York.

    Note: To be considered, you must be admitted in New York and have directly relevant experience in foreclosure and related creditors' rights, collections, bankruptcy, and/or real estate litigation matters.

    Job Description

    • Handle foreclosure matters from initial review through resolution
    • Conduct legal research and analyze case strategy
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
    • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and related proceedings
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders
    • Manage deadlines and move matters forward efficiently across an active caseload
    • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver strong client outcomes
    • Support related matters involving collections, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation as needed

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of directly relevant experience in foreclosure law
    • Active New York bar admission
    • Strong litigation drafting, research, and courtroom skills
    • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
