Currently, we have a Florida Contested Foreclosure Litigation Attorney opportunity with our client who is a nationally recognized law firm with a longstanding focus on financial services and default servicing, representing mortgage lenders, servicers, investors, and financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions. Founded in 1967, the firm is known for its deep industry knowledge, aggressive timeline management, and client-focused approach to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related creditor-rights matters. This position is hybrid; mostly remote but must be a Florida resident.
The Foreclosure Litigation Attorney is responsible for below specific duties:

Pay Rate Range: $110,000 – $140,000+ DOE, plus full benefits Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
