A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·          Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties.

·          Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title.

·          Resolve rejected curative issues.

·          Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal 

           staff professionally and in a timely manner.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

 

·          Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings and ability to read. /understand foreclosure reports.  

·          Practical work experience within real estate industry.

·          A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.

·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·          Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties.

·          Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title.

·          Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal

           staff professionally and in a timely manner.

·          Maintain open communication with management and client.

·          Obtain releases and LOI’s for clients under agreed service level agreements.

·          Resolve rejected curative issues.

·          Attend and participate in team meetings.

.          Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·          High School diploma or equivalent required.

·          Practical work experience within real estate industry.

·          Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings and ability to read/understand foreclosure reports.  

·          Proven customer service skills.

.          Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products
