What You Will Be Doing

Join Acushnet Company's Trade Compliance team and play a key role in supporting our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and international trade activities. This position is responsible for coordinating customs documentation, auditing inventory and shipment transactions, maintaining compliance records, and supporting Canada-bound and other cross-border shipments. Working closely with Distribution, Logistics, Customer Service, and Trade Compliance teams, you will help ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements while gaining hands-on experience in FTZ operations, inventory control, and customs regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialized trade compliance expertise, contribute to process improvements, and grow into a critical backup resource for FTZ operations.

What you Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customs compliance, international trade, import/export operations, transportation, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with shipping documentation, inventory records, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or trade compliance activities is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to review, audit, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing expertise in Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, customs compliance, and international trade.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management systems, SAP, or logistics platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to customs brokerage, freight forwarding, international transportation, or import/export operations is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $49,400.00-$61,100.00
